“Terms and Conditions” means these terms and conditions.

“Venue” means the site at which the Event takes place

“Ticket” means any valid ticket which permits You to attend each respective Event

“You” means you as the holder of the Ticket and “Your” shall be read accordingly.

A. STATUS OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions incorporate, and should be read in accordance with, the terms and conditions of Paypal from which You purchased Your Ticket, copies of which are available upon request from Paypal. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the terms and conditions of Paypal, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

All Tickets are sold subject to these Terms and Conditions. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully prior to purchase and raise any queries with the Promoter prior to purchase. Purchase of any Ticket constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions on Your behalf and on behalf of any person for whom You are purchasing Tickets.

These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time without notice and in our sole discretion. We will notify You of amendments to these terms and conditions by posting them to this website.

B. TICKETS, TIMES, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION

Only customers holding a valid Ticket will be admitted to the Event. You must retain this Ticket on Your person at all times during the Event or show a copy on your digital device (phone, iPad, etc).

Your Ticket may be invalidated if any part of it is altered, removed or defaced.

Upon purchase, please check Tickets carefully as mistakes cannot always be rectified after purchase. Tickets are not issued on a sale or return basis and refunds will not be made on returned Tickets unless provided for under these Terms and Conditions or in special circumstances. In these circumstances, tickets must be resold and will be subject to an administration fee (depending on event type).

The Promoter will not be responsible for any Ticket that is lost, stolen or destroyed. You are solely responsible for the safe-keeping of Your Ticket. It is not always possible to issue duplicate Tickets. If duplicates are issued, a reasonable administration fee may be charged.

Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.

Ownership or possession of a Ticket does not confer any rights (by implication or otherwise) on You to use, alter, copy, or otherwise deal with any of the symbols, trademarks, logos and/or intellectual property appearing on the Ticket.

Tickets are personal revocable licences and shall at all times remain the property of the Promoter and subject to these Terms and Conditions. You may not re-sell a Ticket for commercial gain – however, a change of name to your existing bought ticket may be allowed if given ample notice.

If a Ticket is advertised for profit or commercial gain or used for competitions, promotions or hospitality packages by anyone other than the Promoter, or an authorised sub-agent, it will be void and You will be refused entry to, or ejected from, the Venue without refund.

Tickets are sold subject to the Promoter’s right to alter or vary the published Event programme which may result in changes to the event line-up, event times or any other aspect of the Event. The Promoter reserves all rights in this regard. Any published start times at the Event are subject to change. The Promoter shall not be liable for any change of a published start time.

All advertised times are approximate and subject to change. It is Your responsibility to make appropriate arrangements to ensure that You arrive at the Venue in sufficient time in case the Event starts early and to ensure that You are able to stay until the close of the Event should You wish to if it overruns. We will not be responsible to make any refund or meet the costs of any alternative travel arrangements or for any loss of enjoyment or other indirect loss as a result of an Event not running to the precise advertised times.

In the event of a cancellation, postponement or Material alteration of the Event (defined below) You will be entitled to a refund in accordance with the terms and conditions or refund policy of the authorised ticket agent from whom You purchased a Ticket.

A “Material” alteration is a change which in our reasonable opinion makes the Event materially different to the Event which purchasers of the Ticket could reasonably expect. Changes to event times shall not be considered a Material alteration. A Material alteration is judged by reference to the nature and billing of each Event. The Event is judged by reference to the overall theme rather than the individual performer(s) scheduled to appear. No scheduled performer(s) may be considered as headline acts, regardless of their relative fame or prominence in the billing, and so cancellation by a performer(s) will not entitle You to a refund, regardless of their position on the bill.

It is Your responsibility to check that the Event has not been cancelled, rescheduled or made the subject of a Material alteration. Information on such matters will be made available on behalf of the Promoter as soon as reasonably practicable on the Promoter’s and/or Venue’s website and/or at the Venue. Customers are advised that the website cannot always be updated immediately and that circumstances giving rise to cancellation, postponement or Material alterations can sometimes arise immediately prior to an Event.

Tickets will not be refunded where they have been used to gain entry to the Event, or where You are able to and choose to attend a postponed Event.

1. WHO YOU ARE BUYING FROM

TicketSource provides the software system and transactional infrastructure by which Event Organisers make their tickets available for purchase online by you, the Customer.

TicketSource merely facilitates the transaction between Event Organisers and Customers. We do not set ticket prices or determine availability or location of seating. We simply handle the booking process and collection of payments on behalf of Event Organisers when you purchase tickets online.

2. EVENT INFORMATION

All details of Events including, but not limited to, performance times, venue, ticket prices and seat availability are entered onto the TicketSource website by the Event Organiser. The accuracy of all such information is at all times the responsibility of the Event Organiser.

3. TICKET SALES PROCESS

You can search the TicketSource site by event name, location and/or date to navigate to the specific event in which you are interested. You may then specify:

a) the venue section or price category in which they wish to buy seats;

b) the quantity of seats they wish to buy;

c) where relevant, the position of those seats.

The site will then display the payment due for the seats specified which will include any booking fees or delivery fees (if applicable). You will then be asked to select your preferred method of Payment and having entered and submitted credit or debit card details, the TicketSource system will charge the card issuer the appropriate amount. On completion of the transaction, the chosen seats will be registered in your name and you will be sent confirmation of booking via email.

We recommend that when using the site you ensure that you are only using one browser window. Using multiple browser windows could result in you losing your ticket selection, duplicate charges or timer expiration. When making payment, you must not use the "back" button on your browser as this may cause you to lose your ticket selection or result in a duplicate booking.

4. CURRENCY

Payment for tickets sold through TicketSource are in British Pounds.

5. ORDER CONFIRMATION

Order confirmation will take the form of a summary web page at the end of the purchase sequence. This will be followed by a booking confirmation email dispatched to you. Both contain details of the seats purchased and a unique purchase reference number, which acts as your proof of payment and may be used by the Event Organiser as an eticket.

If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with our Customer Service Department whether or not the order has been completed, as only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. TicketSource will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.

Any ticket-holder unable to present confirmation of purchase in the form of a print out of the email (or web page equivalent) and valid identification indicating they are the individual named on the confirmation may not be admitted to the event, and will not receive a refund.

6. DISPATCH OF TICKETS

Tickets can be issued in three different formats:

  • Etickets (emailed to you immediately following the successful purchase of tickets and that you will need to print and present at the venue);

  • Tickets by text (a unique booking reference and barcode will be sent to your mobile phone which must be presented at the venue);

  • Traditional tickets (sent to you by post (time permitting) prior to the event). TicketSource will endeavour to dispatch your tickets within 72 hours of your booking. If your tickets have not arrived within 5 working days of the booking, please contact us.

Charges may apply to the dispatch of some tickets (mobile phone and standard post). Charges will be listed through the purchasing process.  Ticket delivery fees are non-refundable.

7. EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Before placing a booking, carefully review your event and ticket selection. Once purchased tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the Event is cancelled, moved to another date, or if details of the Event are significantly changed after a booking is placed (significant changes being a change of headline act (concerts only), venue or show time).

The varying exchange and refund policies set forth by Event Organisers prohibit TicketSource from initiating exchanges or refunds after a booking is placed or if a ticket is lost or stolen. In the event of such reversal of transaction being desired, you should contact the Event Organiser directly, as they may, at their discretion, agree to your wishes.

Booking fees whether originally presented as a separate item or included within the stated face value of the ticket are non-refundable unless an event is cancelled or significantly changes (please see point 8).

8. CANCELLED AND POSTPONED EVENTS

Event Cancellation

If an Event is cancelled by the Event Organiser (i.e. a cancellation due to circumstances beyond the Event Organiser's control), TicketSource will refund the purchase price of your tickets including your booking administration fee, (but excluding any delivery charge); whether that fee was originally presented as a separate item or was included within the stated face value of the ticket. A £1.00 handling fee (per transaction) will be deducted from the refund.  Ticket delivery fees and Telephone Service fees are non-refundable.

Where TicketSource has been notified by the Event Organiser of an Event cancellation, we will use best endeavours to contact you by email (using the details provided at the time of booking) advising you of the cancellation and initiating the refund process.

TicketSource is normally notified in advance of any pending Event cancellation by the Event Organiser. We then automatically initiate refunds to all ticket purchasers who booked online. You can also notify TicketSource directly if you discover that an event has been cancelled by emailing cancellations@ticketsource.co.uk no later than the Monday at noon following the event.

Event Postponed or Change of Venue

If an Event is moved from its advertised venue and / or the date is changed, tickets already purchased may remain valid should you wish to attend the revised Event. If not, TicketSource will refund the purchase price of your tickets including our booking administration fee, (but excluding any delivery charge); whether that fee was originally presented as a separate item or was included within the stated face value of the ticket. A £1.00 handling fee (per transaction) will be deducted from the refund.  You must contact TicketSource no later than the Monday at noon following the event's revised date.

Significant Change to Event Line-up

Should the headline artist (concerts only) not appear or if the line up or content is substantially changed from that advertised at the time of purchase, then TicketSource will on request refund the purchase price of your tickets including our booking administration fee, (but excluding any delivery charge); whether that fee was originally presented as a separate item or was included within the stated face value of the ticket. A £1.00 handling fee (per transaction) will be deducted from the refund.  You must contact us as soon as possible and no later than the Monday at noon following the event's stated date.

Event Specific Refund and Exchange Terms and Conditions

Some Event Organisers will explicitly stipulate that cancellation due to weather, act of God or any other unavoidable eventuality will not result in a refund. If such terms have been applied, they will be displayed on the booking page for you to read in the course of the booking process and; having been so displayed; shall prevail over the provisions above, meaning that no refund will be due.

TicketSource will under no circumstances be responsible for any remedy for inconvenience, consequential expenses incurred or any other loss or damages resulting from the cancellation of any Event.

Please note, it is your responsibility to check whether the Event is going ahead at the scheduled date, time and venue, and TicketSource cannot guarantee that they will inform you of any changes to the event date, time or venue. You must notify TicketSource of an event cancellation no later than the Monday following the event date.

9. DONATIONS AND GIFT AID

Some Event Organisers will provide an option to make a financial donation as part of the booking process. You are under no obligation to make a donation. Should you add a donation to your booking, TicketSource will forward your donation to the Event Organiser less a 5% administration fee.

If a donation request is stated to be valid for Gift Aid, you confirm that you are a UK taxpayer in accordance with the requirements of the Gift Aid Scheme. If you choose to make a Gift Aid donation, your personal information may be used by the relevant Event Organiser so they can reclaim your Gift Aid amount.

Should an event be cancelled and you booked via TicketSource, the donation will be refunded back to your card. TicketSource is not an accounting, taxation or financial adviser, and you should not rely on information given on the Website to determine the accounting, tax or financial consequences of making a donation to charity. We strongly recommend that you consult your own adviser(s) about any accounting, taxation or financial consequences that may affect you or refer to the HMRC website www.hmrc.gov.uk/individuals/giving/gift-aid.htm

If you choose to make a Gift Aid donation, your personal information may be used by the relevant Event Organiser so they can reclaim your Gift Aid amount.

10. UNLAWFUL RESALE OF TICKETS

The unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket is grounds for seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.

11. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE EVENT ORGANISER

This ticket is issued subject to the terms and conditions of the Event Organiser. If applicable, the details of an Event Organiser's terms and conditions will be available through the purchasing process or at the venue box office. Breach of any of these terms and conditions or any unacceptable behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury shall entitle the Event Organiser to eject you from the venue.

It is your responsibility to comply with any age restrictions which apply to the event or the venue where the event is being held.
