Service Description

Bring along enough water for the session (this is essential), sports wear, knee and elbow protection (optional, but highly recommended), indoor trainers. First time attendees will need to have a parental consent form if under the age of 18, and other paper work filled in (by a parent or guardian if under 18). Please pay on arrival.
